Hmmm, not sure where the ‘outsider’s’ point of view or favouritsm suggestions come from but I don’t know Pete or Graham personally. I agree that it would have been nice to hear Pete do some more up tempo could stuff, and as I said next time I’d like to see him with a full band. As for Graham Cousins, his songs were embarrissingly bad and when he murdered that Nick Cave song it took every bit of energy to stop myslef from actually booing him!

Purely from an outsiders point of view I’ve never read such bullshit favouritism. Graham enlightned me and Pete turned out the lights…Very disappointing night that never got out of first gear…

I totally disagree. Graham Cousins was not piss poor at all and to be honest I enjoyed his set more than Pete Molinaris. There was absolutely no mention of his playing on his own without a band on the flyer and myself and the four people I went with all agreed it was the most boring gig we had ever been to. Yes, Pete is talented and has a beautiful voice, but he really should have up’d the tempo, it was like watching paint dry!!

Don’t even get me started on the fact he didnt cover any Ohio Brothers songs. Guess you must be a frustrated NoTW reporter.

But then they do say give a roomful of monkeys typewriters and they will produce the works of Shakespeare. Guess you prove that adage wrong!

Actually the Family Released it first on their LP in 1985.

He also didnt say his first house just bought a house with it. I am sure by 1990 he had already bought his first house!

yes it was a good gig but so far there doesn’t seem to be a single online reviewer who has all the facts right yet and it is annoying!
