News: Sotones records host label showcase
To celebrate 1,313(?!) days of creating and releasing great music, Southampton and Brighton-based Sotones Records are bringing two showcase extravaganzas to London this September at The Old Queen’s Head.
The two dates are very different with the 7th showcasing Sotones’ rockier, upbeat indie delights and the 14th delving into the label’s more intricate, folkier side of the roster. However, both evenings will be a gorgeous blend of music and merriment with a chance to share a drink with the label and toast to what will hopefully be another magnificent 1,313 days of musical treats!
Both evenings will also feature a “tent stage” on both evenings which will feature solo artists Edward J. Hicks, Peter Lyons, Anja McCloskey and Lonely Joe Parker. You’ll also have a chance to grab a FREE copy of the fifteen-track sampler, view some live painting and video art.
